Review content:
I found this florist shop last week online. I was looking for a business that was actually located in Encino, rather than a national call center, and this shop is actually physically located in Encino (a nice area outside of L.A.) I was also looking for something a little more upscale, and this shop features some very classy bouquets on their website. So I chose them to deliver flowers to my fiance last week.\r \r I called well in advance and told the florist exactly what I wanted. On two, maybe three times I asked the lady who took my order if there would be enough time for them to get the color I wanted, and several times she assured me that yellow roses would be no problem. They were to be delivered as a surprise; much to my dismay, however, they were not delivered on time - in fact, the florist actually called my fiance and asked her to stay late at her office to wait for the delivery man! \r \r After their delivery, she brought home the bouquet - half cream-colored roses and half yellow daisies. The flowers were not fresh; the container was something you'd get at the 99c store; and 3 days later, the bouquet smelled so bad we had to throw it away. After almost a week of getting the runaround from these jerks who can hardly speak English, I'm chalk the whole thing up to experience; I will be sure to get a good reference next time I buy something on the internet. Because, MAN, I'm going to be hearing about this one forever!\r \r ***UPDATE - 12 hours later, still no return phone call from these jerks! Guess they won't be doing our wedding flowers.
