I give this place an average overall because the food, while great, is usually overshadowed by somewhat lousy service.\r

The waitresses are quite rude and abrupt. I know that Asian culture tends to be that way in some cases, but this is ridiculous. This place is making money HAND OVER FIST...the last thing they should do is give people - their clients - attitudes. I guess, as the saying goes, when your stomach is full, you don't give a sh--- (i.e. from an owner's point of view that is).\r

What bothers me about the service at this place (or lack thereof) is God forbid you don't like something or there is something wrong with your food. They'll make you feel like YOU made the food go wrong OR that you have no right to complain.\r

If you don't order something you like OR if it's not what you wanted (i.e. it turns out to be something different than what you expected), you're out of luck....the waitress will give you a blank stare and proceed to tell you that you should have known better. Uhhh...no...when it's my money they are taking from me, they will be the one's who know better.\r

Well...anyway...it's an OK place I guess...the ambiance is good and they are always busy. At least you can go across the street and eat at Gales if you don't like it.
Pros: Nice ambiance.
Cons: Super lousy service and food return policy.
