BEWARE OF THIS USED CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time with their used car department. They will give you a deal then take it away AS SOON AS YOU SAY YES and try to get more money from you. We worked out a deal with Mike Hanna today. After saying yes to the deal, he came back and said they could no longer do the deal anymore and that they would have to raise the price. This is within a few minutes of offering the deal. How is that treating a customer right? We wanted the car and part of the deal was we were paying a thousand dollars OVER Kelly Blue Book and giving a trade in and receiving UNDER $1,500 for its market value. Sounds like the dealer was the HUGE winner in the situation. Yet, we were willing to take it and then Mike Hanna disrespectfully took the deal away. We are in our twenties. We will be buying a lot more cars in our future. Our friends and family will be too. Why would they treat us with such disrespect? Especially with a slogan like ""We Guarantee We
