I have only been to this salon one time, trying to get information on some Aveda products. I was not dressed like a rich person, just some nice casual clothes. They actually left me standing alone and never came back to help me! I would never treat anyone like they treated me. I would not recommend this salon or spa to anyone and did contact Aveda with my complaint, getting the response that they are individually owned and they could not do anything about it. I now purchase my products elsewhere.
