Review content:
John Farr is a great reliable plumber that I've used for 10 years for my houses in Queens. He always comes the next morning when I call, does a good job and doesn't try to jack up the price or find other expensive ""problems"" to fix. He always returns my call if he doesn't answer right away. He's got all the licenses and insurance and all that, but I use him because he provides small-town service in this big city. Some plumbers I've used won't remember my face a month after they've done the job, but John always remembers my family and what he did the last time he came (which, because he does a great job, isn't often). I couldn't recommend him more highly.
Pros: Great all-around plumber for homeowners
Cons: He's a sole owner, so when he's on vacation I'm out of luck!
