Review content:
I visited this location late last night (4/17) after getting off work to shoot around with a co-worker. Even though it was a clean location and the staff was pleasant, after going outside for a smoke, the other patrons a few tables down attempted to steal our cues as they thought we weren't watching. After bringing this matter to the attention of the management staff and asking them if this is the kind of clientele they house, they offered me no explanation nor compensation for the unpleasant ordeal I just experienced short of me calling the police. Their excuse was that nothing was actually stolen! I informed them that I will never be back to this location again and being a current pool hall manager, I will let everyone in my circle know how they treated potential returning honest customers compared to their normal return customers who attempt steal with no regard of persecution.
Pros: Very Clean & Nice Atmosphere
Cons: Personnel has no regard for customer satisfaction
