Review content:
First, I came in and wasn't sure what insurance I had... I know that this sounds dumb, but they said that this happens all the time.. and they searched for a while, found, and even confirmed my eligibility.. Their prices were so much lower than Lens Crafters, or those Mall Stores.. I guess the rent is that much cheaper.. and I guess no franchise fee so they're basic prices were much better for the Same Designer frames that I saw elsewhere. They have been in this neighborhood for about 30 years... and are the Original Owners... Well, the doctor took a good amount of time with me, and EXPLAINED what he was doing. The Opticians were a little different. They were more interested in making sure that the glasses would do the job right than in just making a sale... When I picked up the glasses... the woman there remembered me by name... (can't say if that happens for everyone)... and taught me how to adjust to my first progressives and reassured me that they would be there if I needed them.\r
Well... The exam was thorough, and I got more than expected at a pretty competative price.. These won't be my last pair of glasses from this office... \r
