If you go to a place of profession seeking services then customer service skills are very important to close the deal. I think that those same skills are just asimportant when searching for prospective employees. I have heard that although they may have steady clients they really are lacking in the human resources department. The same way they judge a resume when theyreceive it as all companyies do, believe it or not the prospective candidate is juding them. Please remember that how you treat prospective hires still reflects on your company. Word of mouth is the best advertisement or can be the worst press. Judge for yourself.
