Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. Do NOT use this place!!! I wish I could give them zero stars. The work they performed was substandard, and they treated me terribly. First they made me wait three weeks for a table top. Not great, but it is what it is. However, at the end of three weeks, the tabletop they made was in the wrong pattern. After telling me they would redo it in 20 minutes (yes, 20 MINUTES was now what it took), they handed me a new tabletop, covered in protective blue plastic film. When I finally got it home and took off the film, my husband and I saw a long, ruler-straight scratch across the bottom middle section, and a deep scratch on one end. I called and emailed them IMMEDIATELY, so they would not think we made these scratches. When I brought it back in as they suggested, they accused US of making the scratches, said it was perfect before we took off the film (HOW CAN THEY EVEN KNOW THAT SINCE THE FILM WAS ON IT WHEN THEY GAVE IT TO ME?!?), and refused to replace it. What is so galling about this is that it is so clear that the long scratch could not have been made by accident -- it extends perfectly straight across the width of the tabletop at the point where the straight sides of the tabletop begin to curve towards the oval end. It had to have happened during production. Here's the clincher: they wouldn't even give me back our template, which took us hours to make. When I continued to complain about this treatment, and their refusal to give me back our template, Sondra the manager and the owner John (on the phone) became unbelievably hostile telling me to ""Get out before they call the police."" Who would do such a thing?!? It was an utterly horrifying experience! I have three children, am involved in my community, try to be conscientious about shopping locally... in all my life, I have NEVER been treated like this at a place of business. In the words of my husband, ""They are PSYCHO.
