roxy is very unprofessional...she did a side deal with me off groupon and got over on me. First off i went there and she said she was just moving into the building and nothing was setup and it looked horrible. But still i tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and give her a chance. Her and her daughter argued the whole time. I had on head phones and i tried to ignore it but i could still hear them. She also made personal calls while she was suppose to be doing my eyes. I was very upset and anger that i just left. I knew all of her personal business by the time i left which i wasn't there but 30 minutes. Not to mention that i might have 15 lashes on each eye. My lashes are very thin and spaced out. I tired calling her back that day with no answer. Then i called all day this morning and when i started telling her that i was not happy and that i tried calling her that day she hung up on me and would not answer the phone anymore. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
