If you are like me and too lazy to work out on your own, try the fit camp at STUDIO 1-ON-1. Unless you are chicken, because it's not a walk in the park... :) The amazing thing is that people of different fitness levels all work out together as a group and somehow it works. Farley and Jill will kick your butt and you can feel and see the results soon! Bud, the owner, is the very attentive organizer of the camp and it's just getting better and better. If you require more personal attention because you just start out or want to go really hard core - sign up for the one on one training.
