IF YOUR INTERESTED IN LEARNING A VALUABLE ROUTINE TO KEEP YOU IN SHAPE FOR GOOD, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO STUDIO 1 ON 1 FOR JUST A LITTLE OVER A YEAR NOW, AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN MY BODY IN BETTER SHAPE, NOT EVEN BEFORE I HAD KIDS. THE TRAINERS REALLY HAVE GREAT PERSONALITIES AND EVERYONE SEEMS TO HAVE A FAMILY LIKE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE STAFF. EVERYONE IS WILLING TO HELP YOU LOOK AND FEEL YOUR BEST. AND BECAUSE OF THE FAMILIAR ENERGY ITS REALLY COMFORTABLE BEING PUSHED TO YOUR LIMITS. PLUS AS A MEMBER YOU HAVE FULL ACCESS TO THIER CARDIO EQUIPMENT, AND UNLIKE MOST GYMS I'VE BEEN TO, YOU ACTUALLY DON'T HAVE TO WAIT 20 MIN FOR SOMEONE TO BE OFF A MACHINE BECAUSE THERE ARE PLENTY AND ITS NEVER OVERCROWDED. I LOVE I!
