I just love the personal attention that I get at studio 1 on 1 ! The trainers are totally professsional and have a vast knowledge of nutrition and physiology. I have learned a l ot about how to take care of my body for optimal health and well being. I am in great shape and I don't feel like I have to deprive myself to maintain it. There is a very personal and intimate feeling in the gym as though you are the only one there and everyone is cheery and happy to be there. I highly recommend this gym for anyone and everyone. I have been training for most of my adult life and I have never had such a complete and enjoyable workout experience.\r
I bring my three teenage children here and they are well taken care of as well. Thank you studio 1 on 1 and Bud Fallon for this transformation !!!!!!!
Pros: well trained staff, beautiful facility, warm and inviting atmosphere!
