The trainers know their stuff! The place is super fun, super clean, and they offer tons of great stuff... From Rowing outdoors, to personal 1 on 1 training sessions, plus the cardio room...It really doesn't get better than this. I have enjoyed Studio 1 on 1 for a few years now, and I consider it to be one of the greatest things I do for myself. The prices are really reasonable, and the 1st Rowing class is free. Run over and check them out. You wont be sad you did!
