This is a really great little store right in downtown Kirkland and on my regular bike route. As far as bike shops go these guys (and gals) have it pinned. They don't have a lot of inventory because most of their builds are custom spec'd from the ground up. The guy working on bikes said they sell Lynskey, VanDessel, Yeti, Intense, Gunnar, and Veloforma which is a pretty impressive selection of bikes you never see around Seattle. The staff was all really friendly and super helpful. They do have weird hours opening at noon most days but they also stay open until 8 or later so you can always catch them on the way home from work. They also have pretty fast order turnaround and my stuff (brake pads) came in 2 or 3 days later. This isn't your normal shop with a ton of junk and i'm sure newbies might be a little intimidated by not having a huge selection right there. But these people are super friendly and helpful and don't have any of that 'attitude' a lot of other shop employees have. They are also stocking some general outdoor equipment and clothing and it sounds like these people just do whatever they can to spend time outside. The shop reflects it and while the outdoor stuff is sparse (they said there is more coming) i'm sure as they bring it in it will all be quality. I did see some trail shoes from FiveTen and also some Snowpeak, and Deuter equipment. OutdoorResearch clothes also. Pros: great bike lines, best service in the area, open late Cons: only 1 location, don't open until noon,
