I've been going to Valley Vet for 20 years and just got my 5th dog. I would never consider going any where else. DR Woodson and DR Margie are very knowledgeable of all dog breeds. Both love to educate us dog owners.
Customer service includes written estimates, instructions for care, phone support, follow up phone and office visits. In those 20 years, I've never doubted the advice, care and procedures provided to my pooches. It's nice when leaving appt, the staff remind me of needed supplies. It's hectic when checking out and caraling the pooch, so helpful. Never have I been in the office that the staff hasn't googoo every time. A huge perc is the staff know my voice on the phone. Most important is the staff work with me in emergencies, both for schedules and payments. They can verify this. Ha. I do remember that rat poisoning .
You know the staff care when they cry with you or rejoice in health.
Dr Woodson and Margie, your office staff and assistants are fabulous. I look forward to working with the 2 new DR.
