I was panicked. The movers were due to arrive at 8:00am Friday morning, it was already 9:00pm Thursday, and I stood in my apartment realizing that I had not packed a single thing. Not one box. I had to be out of my apartment by the end of the day; I was in treatment for cancer, I had animals to contend with and my apartment was an absolute mess. I agonized and finally called College Grads Movers to confess that they were walking into an impossible situation thinking that they would refuse to do the job if they saw the mess I was in, and to top it off I was too sick to do anything other than cry. I left a tearful message and my call was returned within 15 minutes. They assured me that the move would still be possible, they would be able to pack my belongings and move them without a problem, and that I should take care of myself and let them help. I went to bed hopeful but somewhat skeptical. After all, they hadn't SEEN the situation. The truck arrived early the next morning with a professional, very capable crew and did something that very few people and/or businesses are able to do today. They kept their promise. They packed everything I owned carefully and labeled the boxes accurately. They packed my belongings into the truck, carried out my garbage as an added bonus because they could see I was physically unable to do the job, moved my life's accumulation to my new apartment and made sure that before they left I could at least find what I needed to eat and sleep while I unpacked. The last time I moved with a different company it took me three weeks to find a set of sheets. The owners and employees of this company are not only skilled professionals who do what they promise at the price they promise you; they truly care about the customer and always go the extra mile to make moving as stress free as possible. I would absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company. You won't be disappointed.
