Well, the worst part of living here are the evacuations that happen every 5 years when it rains too much. First floor apartment are likely to be flooded so you need to calculate flood insurace in your costs, also don't forget how nice is to deal with insurance companies when you actually need it.\r Apartments are poorly maintained, the management understands that fixing water damage means painting over it. Also they will not refrain from using your knifes to ""fix"" things arround the apartment when you are not there.\r It is also the perfect place for pets, if you like mice. They do not allow pets even though having a cat makes much sense.\r Property management is unethical, they are wery fast at using threaths, and being a good tenant does not mean much for them. Pros: close to New Brunswick Cons: located in a flood area
