Great Food Awful Service!!!
My family and another couple from out of town came to Cluckers for a simple dinner and were very very very disappointed. The food was good but it came 1 1/2 after we ordered and at different times. The place wasn't busy, there were only 2 other tables. We didn't order anything complicated just wings tossed in some sauce. When the food didn't come out. The waitress never apologized and when I questioned her about our food and she said it never rang up (like it was our fault). Two tables got their food before us (arrived after us) as well as 2 take out orders. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that there was no mgr on site. I asked for some sort of compensation, she refused then told me to have a nice night. We were so disappointed--and embarrassed in front of our friends.
WE WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN.........I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! WORST RESTAURANT IN WESTERVILLE!!! JUST GO TO BDUB'S
