We all get bad weather - but with a terminal dependent on a single mono rail and incompetent staff - it all combines to a stressful and negative experience.
There is excuse for not having the correct information on flight status - or trying to stop themselves from almost laughing as they tell you they will do nothing for you when the flight is canceled - when other airlines offer blankets and vouchers!
When it sucks we all know and feel it - and with Continental trying to take every nickel from you - it's time to make them pay for lousy service. Don't waste your money!
