Review content:
Travel Van Lines goes under the guise of another company with an ""A"" rating, when they are actually Certified Van Lines with a ""D+"" rating. Upon arrival, they had changed all the rules, and all the fees on me, and presented me with papers to sign from Certified Van Lines, telling me for the first time that they're the same company. When I contacted ""JR"" the person I had originally scheduled the move with, he relinquished all responsibility and said he had nothing to do with the plans anymore, his job was done. They threatened me with paying the balance in cash only, upon arrival, without opening any doors. I felt like it would be like ""Let's Make a Deal"" and they'd take my cash, and then open the truck only to reveal a goat and confetti. My parents had to run to the bank to get cash while I sat with them. I felt like I was being held hostage in these mafia-style plans, and it was an extremely horrible experience. All of my things were there, but they did manage to drop a box, and break a piece of glass. BEWARE of Travel Van Lines and Certified Van Lines!
