I know they are a lot of mixed reviews about travel van lines on this site but not ever mover is perfect. So I thought I would put a review about my move experience with Travel Van Lines. I made a move from NYC to Boston for a new job I called several Movers and ever one was calling me back to try to earn my business but one salesman did stand out and his name was Pat from travel van lines his price was a bit higher than the other companies so I said I would take a chance with him since he sound like he was telling me that truth so I put down my deposit and scheduled my move. On the day of the move the movers were waiting for me at 8:45 at the lobby of my build but we could not start moving till 9 since my build wouldn't allow. The Foremen name Was Diego he was with two of his helpers. Diego took his time explaining me about the service again before they started the move he told me pretty much what pat told me they began to wrap the furniture and I could believe how well they warped my furniture they got the truck loaded on time and started heading over to Boston they arrived at my new location about a 4.5 hours later I paid the bill which was only one hour off pat’s estimate which was not bad at all since pat did explain me that my move is by the hour. The guys put all my furniture together set everything up for me and i was very happy with the service and I got a great deal at the same time. So thank you Travel van lines for the great service you provided to me.
