John will always get my business!
1. He responded to my call within two hours.
2. He was able to make a same day mid-afternoon appointment on the Friday of a holdaiy weekend. Yes, I know that is not to be expected and is added value.
3. He arrived on time, listed to my description of the problem and then explained his plan of attack as it was 100 trouble shooting.
4. His skills to recognize not necessarily familiar territory in how the wiring was configured, he took the most logical approach to conserve time.
5. He explained every step of the way to me.
6. The result was the identification of less than acceptable results of the general contractor, Toll Bros., and the fix was immediate.
7. The job was finished successfully I what I deemed to be very good time.
8. John also did some troiuble shooting in my residence in the last year and a half, simply offer his diagnosis of the problem, suggested multiple solutions and estimated expenses but did not hard sell any of them.
Obviously I highly recommend him for the foremost reasons we seek in any service vendor; honesty and integrity paralleled by a great skill set and communciation processes.
