We love Dim Sum, but sometimes going to Chinatown gets expensive and the crowds there are annoying. Since we discovered this pink restaurant in Secaucus we frequent it a whole lot. Their shark fin dumpling is to die for...oh so tasty with cilantro and shrimp, yummy !! Everything pretty much is delicious, except the sticky rice (not the one in the leaf) and the meatballs. The rice is lacking cilantro and something more because it tastes like my dog smells and that is not a good thing...I always avoid it. The meatballs (and fishballs too, now that I think about it) are just rubbery and tasteless. I have to say, though, that everything else is very savory and they have a great variety. Saturdays and Sundays they walk around with their little carts like in Hong Kong. They staff is great...very friendly and helpful, but then again we are regular customers and they know us. One of the guys has the shark fin dumpling at the table we are walking to even before we sit down...he's awesome !!! Go on over to Secaucus, find the pink restaurant and enjoy very good Dim Sum !!!
