Beware, if your bill is 500.00 and you write a check out to them for 250.00 they will change the amount on your check to 500.00. That's exactly what happened to me. I had this company for 26 years and never missed a bill. I sent them half of the bill and called and told them I would send the other half next week. They said there would be no problem. Someone decided that I wrote the wrong amount on my check and changed it themselves. Of course I bounced at the bank to the tune of 64.00. I went to my bank and complained...they said I should file charges but I didn't want to since I had them so long and had hoped they would correct it. It took them 7 months. I kept getting bills that I didn't owe because they never changed the amount in the computer and every month I had to call and fight with them ....so be careful, check their accounting..it sucks!
