BED BUGS!! This business is a motel complex disguised as apartments. We moved into a unit labeled ""kitchenette"" & paid extra for it. The first night we discovered the bathroom was covered in black mold from ceiling to floor; the heat was inoperable, the 2 burners were so rusted and corroded that the bowls fell through so that the element was unusable. After basically being laughed at by the front desk of DAYS INN (right next door, which are the slumlords of this place), we had to go buy a heater. The next day, we bleached the entire bathroom, vacumed, etc. My husband noticed bites on his body. Long story short, due to all the problems, we were moved to another unit. The bites multiplied and became welts. After simple investigation, the bed bug infestion was found. They told him to put his clothes outside & that the bugs would die off! They refuse to acknowledge, treat or compensate for the expense, embarrassment and anguish one suffers who has been caught in this situation. TERRIBLE!
