Exceptional quarterly service from Mark V. I have special needs because of my show dog kennel. Mark made sure I was comfortable with where the chemicals were placed. It is essential to keep the rats from taking over. Mark gave me very good feedback on how we are doing with the problem and made some suggestions about frequency of service ref. the rat issue. Overall very impressed with Mark and his attention to detail.
