Businiess name:  Jenny Craig Weight Loss Program
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Ms. Jenny Craig has been keepin my spouse and me fed for 3 weeks now. We go to Jenny's place and her assistants take our food order and then weigh us and out the door we go. I can't help shake the feeling of depression when I walk out of Ms.Craig's place. Where is the hospitality to welcome us into to her confines? Where is the encouragement that ushers in hope for another week? Well, don't try to hard to find it cause it's not there. Frankly, the representatives that sit behind the kitchen counter at Jenny's place are bored, tierd and unmotivated. After all, it's a Sunday when we come in and these women do not want to work. One week, I weighed in and the following week, the weight was not recorded from the previous week. Okay, no big deal, I think to myself. So, I step on the scale and that was it. There wasn't any ""hurrays"" or ""good job?"". The number was robotically recorded and out the door we went. Geez, I can get much better customer service from my local grocery and pay 1/2 the cost of what Jenny charges. And, you know what? That is exactly what I'm going to do. This is my last week buying food from this miserable place. In the future Jenny would do well to have her representatives welcome the guests in to her confines as if it were her own home. Hospitality is sweet to the palate and welcomes the soul. In my opinion these people are unhappy and lacking in zeal. Try calorine restricted meals thourgh your local market before stepping into this store on a Sunday.
