Although,has been in business successfully for many years on Main St of Cape Cod in Hyannis,MA,this vendor has been one of the most consistently arrogant merchants on the Cape.It's funny we find ourselves strolling down Main St Hyannis every summer,and making the usually stop into Hyannis Sports Cards only to be greeted by this pruned faced ignorant merchant.
This past w/e me and wife went in to look around when the owner approached me,and asked ""Can I help you sir? No just looking around"" As I was looking through a sports price guide,he briskly lifted from the counter, as if it was his financial reports.
Bottom line,Nice stuff you probably could purchase on Ebay or find elsewhere,and a memorable customer service experience,enough to bring you back again.Stay away from this place,it's a different story every year.Even my wife gets annoyed by this grumpy guy.
Maybe the guy just doesn't care about customer service or people in general.
Pros: Great selections
Cons: Very poor customer service,ignorance,and poor interpersonal
