I went to her to get a passport specification photo in digital format. This service is not provided by walmart or any other store, so I went to a her studio thinking that she should be able to do it. \r I was surprised to see that she doesn't have a digital camera, she still uses a camera with film roll. Anyways, initially she said it will be $30 for the whole thing and I have to pay in advance. \r I paid everything and she took 5-6 shots of me. Next day she called me and told me that it will be extra $10 because she had to make a CD. CD for what, I even gave her my flash drive to put the photo on it. It is not my fault that she is using old technology. \r Anyways I paid her another 10 bucks and what I get is regular 4*6 shots that too poorly taken on the CD. I went back to her and told her that I wanted passport specification photo on a CD and she told me well you are smart enough, you can centre it yourself. After paying $40 if have to create a digital specs passport photo myself then what is the point of paying $40 to her? \r I told her well I am not smart, so she said that she will fix it for me. Next time I went to her she gave me a hard copy of the passport spec. photos. \r If I wanted a hard copy I would have gone to walmart and got a copy there for $8.99+tax. Then I told her that this not I asked for and she said there is nothing she can do and I can take her to court. \r I was so upset that I left everything at her place and came back. After that I tried to use the shot taken by her and center it my self using epassportphoto. After doing it myself when I uploaded the photo, the form rejected it saying that the photo wasn't taken in enough light. (This photo was used for form DS-160) \r \r It was the worst experience ever. I know right now walmart and other stores do not offer the digital format passport photo, but if you take your own digital camera there sometimes they are kind enough to take a picture for you and then you can edit it using epassportphoto.\r \r Save your money and never go there.. NEGATIVE 1 RATING
