Despite the JC Penney name (which needs to be changed for a salon this good), this place gave me an outstanding hair cut! My stylist, Jon, was outstanding. He took the time to consult with me on what I liked and didn't like about my hair, and what I wanted it to do. And then he made it do exactly what I had envisioned. It was spot on. He was funny, the cut was perfect, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Even the price was right. Making the appointment was a breeze too. Highly recommended.
