3 months back when I and my family had gone for outing. I was playing football match with my naughty sun. We played for 10-15 mins, I had a pain in my sinew. I realize that my body is not fit as it was. I decided to join either gym or yoga center. I heard lot about sunstone Yoga so I joined yoga center rather than gym. After spending two or three weeks and also getting warm welcome by great instructor I noticed some changes in body and my thinking. All are improved especially positive approach to all the things. Thanks to Sunstone Yoga for their out standing work. I really appreciate their work. Thanks
