I have never had an experience like this one. I went in to pick up my boots. They were not finished as promised. Which wasn't a problem. But the owner became so abusive to me. Ranting and yelling. I thought she might start throwing things. I work in a psych hospital, so I don't scare easily. This woman was very scary. Very!
