fell for the website too. I don't know how they have a BBB rating. I called and felt very assured by the sale guy, Mike (or Mark) who said everything I wanted to hear. He quoted a good competitive price - I ended up paying twice the amount quoted. \r I asked to have them pack my computer and closet - he said no problem, the truck always has boxes, and they will use a wardrobe for my closet clothes. The guys who came were in a rented Penske truck with nothing in it, and it looked like they hadn't slept in a week. They did not want to touch the computer, and had no boxes or tape. I ended up having to go out while they were loading the truck to buy boxes for the computer and closet stuff. They were so slow, I could see by late morning that they would never finish in the time quoted, which meant double time. And they had no idea how to get to the new place in Boston - no GPS, so they had to follow me, which meant I had to drive 40 miles an hour on the highway from Providence so they could stay behind me. \r I ended up having to help them unload, since I could see the job would go on forever. They spent an hour trying to put together a shelf that shouldn't have been taken apart in the first place. Very inexperienced and very slow. Oh - and the sales guy said I didn't need insurance because they are so experienced nothing ever breaks. My daughters expensive bicycle was damaged, several lamps broken, gouged furniture. On top of that, the guy miscalculated by $200 on my bill, and I was just so mad at the time I didn't catch it. When I called the office to work it out, Mark said he would find out and call me back. Never heard from him, and he never returned any of my follow up calls. Stay away from these guys, no matter how smooth the office sales people are. The only thing they did right is land the sale by saying whatever they had to to make the sale. Stay away from these guys!
