I have never dealt with a company that was as recklessly unprofessional as Fathers and Sons. After being given a quote and setting up a pick-up time, I was told a day before the scheduled move that the only acceptable form of payment was a cashier's check or cash, despite the fact that I was not guaranteed a price. They preferred cash, which made me nervous. Then, on the day of pick up they never showed up; after numerous calls to their office they told me they would be coming on Saturday morning. On Saturday morning when they did not show up and I called back they said that the truck was in Connecticut -- the pickup was in Massachusetts -- and they did not know when it would arrive to me. (This is the same thing they told me on Thursday.) They also said they did not know when the truck would get to its destination, and still would not tell me how much money I needed for them. It was an incredibly upsetting experience -- and now we are left with no furniture and still do not know when or how we will be able to do our move. I cannot tell you strongly enough how much I would warn you away from this company. \r

Pros: There was not a single positive thing about this experience.
Cons: They were unprofessional, dishonest, rude, and inconsiderate.
