Businiess name:  Winn Dry Cleaners
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Winn Dry Cleaning melted the beading on a brand new (expensive) designer dress and refused to reimburse me the money to purchase a replacement. Instead, the owner of the store (all of the Winn Dry Cleaners in the Boston area) spent 30 minutes rudely regailing me about how my ""cheap"" dress ruined her machine. I pointed out that, although this dress was most definitely not cheap, no item should return from a professional dry cleaners melted, regardless of the cost. The machine's destruction was also her doing. She continued, however, to literally yell at me that this melting was not her responsibility.\r \r Even after discussing how it would be a wise business move for her to reimburse me - lest I write bad reviews online - she stood firm that the situation was all the designer's fault. As due diligence, I am following up on the threatened bad review to be sure that this unprofessional, rude business does not make it very long in the neighborhood.\r \r Cons: Ruined designer clothing, rude service
