\r Great seafood and I love that you can see the chef's cooking...it's a super clean and elegant kitchen, the fire roars behind the counter and the chef's smile while they cook...Good Energy going into your food. Chef Roberto visited our table after preparing a fabulous dinner. Thank you for having such a personable chef on your staff. He's as valuable in front of the kitchen as he is behind. The female manager was extremely nice as well; she took care of us while we waited for a table.\r \r One suggestion, try not to cater to the American palate too much...we would love to taste REAL Venitian seafood. Pros: Excellent Chef's - continue to let them have free reign with the recipes; they make them taste better Cons: The wait staff could be more attentive and personable
