Review content:
Contracted ANL through American Home Shield on Fri July 22 for my Central Air. Came on Saturday added free on and cleaned contacts.. AC still not working, called ANL and AHS again. Finally got through to Anthony at ANL on Sunday an was told he could not come as all his techs were booked to 1:00 AM and they were off on Mondays. Set up an appot for Tues after 4PM. Waited until 11:00 PM they never showed, finally reached them Weds. late morning. Anthony proceeds to tell me he was at my house on Monday because he was in the neighborhood and did a evap acid flush on my outside system, BULL!! Ac still not working! Call again and he sends a tech out Friday 1 1/2 hour after schedueled time..He does something else and says it should be fine..Still not working, call ANL again and am told he's too busy maybe he can come on Monday(one week already with no air). Call AHS agin to complain, they call him to discuss and assure me a senior tech will be out Sat AM,,they never show.Call AHS again, they call ANL and tell me someone will there in the afternoon,Never show!! Call a 3rd time, he proceeds to tell AHS that it was not a definate appt for the afternoon and he will personally be there homself (said he's never been to my house before--SO HOW DID HE DO THE ACID FLUSH?? He'll be there between 7-9PM..NEVER SHOWS!! Call AHS on SUnday and insist they send another contractor or I will get my own and send them the bill. Finally got it re-assigned and am waiting for the call..They are unreliable and liars!!
