I had to give this company 1 star because 0 stars was not available.
This company was subcontracted out to me from my American Home Shield Warranty. They called and set up the appointment promptly. I should have been suspicious when they scheduled the appointment for the next day.
They were supposed to come out between 11-2pm. I waited all day, they never showed. I called this company multiple times and never got a return phone call. Surprisingly, when a receptionist from AHS contacted them they picked up right away. They kept telling the AHS representative, I'll be there in an hour, etc. Should have known. Its now 9:55pm and they never showed up.
I canceled their service and am waiting again for another company to come out. May have dodged a bullet looks like these incompetents have messed up a lot more then scheduling appointments.
Don't waste your time or money on this unprofessional company.
