Businiess name:  Maeda Sushi Restaurant

Review content:
I have put up reviews on other sites about this great restaurant. This is simply the only sushi restaurant in the area that actually serves real sushi. Nothing superficial...only honest, great, sushi. Sea urchin (no quayle egg, because you won't need/want it), sea eel, salmon roe, gizzard shad, abalone...list goes on for the things you will not be able to eat anywhere else. You will not be eating mayonnaise, you will be eating the freshest, highest quality fish flavored by one of the very best sushi chefs in the world. I go to Japan all the time and my Japanese business associates there takes me to the sushi houses of highest regards in Tokyo. I still say, Maeda-san's sushi is at least equal, if not better, than those in Tokyo that are Michelin rated. We are so lucky to have him here in Connecticut. So go visit him and have some sushi. Make a reservation for seats at the sushi bar and try things you have never seen or heard. I can go on and on about this place... Pros: best sushi in the country, caring servers, beautiful interior, private room for bigger group Cons: pricy for some
