Review content:
Several years back I had a look I wanted that required a hairstyle that no one was wearing at the time. I tried a few salons in Andover and while I got technically good haircuts, they didn't get me close to where I wanted to go. I even went to Vidal Sasson in Boston and again, great haircut but not there yet. Finally, one day, while shopping at the ol' Market Basket I spied this woman in the produce section with a haircut that was 75% of what I wanted. I practically mowed her down with my cart to find out who cut her hair, expecting to here her say someplace expensive and far away and she told me ""Joanne Melonas in Andover."" Wow. Less than a mile from my house was the artist who would help me be me, or the unrealized me.
Joanne is more than a hairdresser...she's like the master chef who decides the evening's dinner based on what looks good at the market. She can work with any type of hair, any look you're going for...she's a hair-whisperer.
Joanne is also very professional and always respects her client's wishes. She's trained at a world class level and capable of interpreting your needs. But, and here's what makes Joanne so special, if you want to take a ride with someone who will bring you to places (hair-do wise) that you never thought you'd go, Joanne's your gal. And, you never have to worry about walking out of the salon looking like everyone else in her chair, no two customers have the same do, everything is individualized.
