I have been going to Joanne for over 10 years now. I first saw her after a botched cut and color job from a very expensive salon in Newburyport. After her suggetions on what would work for my hair texture and age, I'm now blonder and layers that work for my face. She is a pro!!!! I have had many compliments on my hair color and style. I would definitely go to Joanne if you have tried other salons and are still not happy. I have sent many neighbors and friends to Joanne and they are so happy too.
