Joanne is not only the best hair dresser in her salon, but the probably the best hair dresser around here. I'm very indecisive, but Joanne was able to discuss and work me to figure out a plan of action when I wanted to change up my hairstyle. She was incredibly patience throughout all my questions and when the time came, her work was phenomenal. A witness to her dedication, Joanne treats each customer as the center of her attention, paying extremely close clare to every strand she cuts, and every piece she dyes. I could not recommend anyone better than Joanne of Philip Ciampa. You will not be disappointed.
