Review content:
Our room was filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Food on the floor, pubic hair on toilet seat, hair in sink and tub. Spider along with large spiderweb in closet. I asked for another room when I knew they had others available and they just flat out said no. I asked for a refund so I could go stay at another place and they again just said no. No apology, no effort to try and make it a better experience. I ended up eating the $130 and just left. Very discouraging.
