Review content:
Do not ever get a construction loan though this company... Lets just say we got a loan through them, spent 2 years building our home and in the end we lost it because they said our credit score was low. We had a 700 credit score at the beginning and then we checked it to find out what was going on, our credit score was down to 520. A very close friend of our helped us and found out that THEY were pulling our credit reports and checking it 2 times a week for months and months. It just broke our hearts to have to walk away from a house that we worked so so hard for 2 years to built. We found out another couple that lives in our town had lost their house to American Home Partners too. American Home Partners were so rude and they could have cared less that they did this. I was hard for us to explain it to our 2 young children. Im sorry for saying this, it has been 2 in a half years since this happend and I still hate these people. I make it a point to tell everyone.
