Upon arriving to this DMV,Off the back the employees working there are being very rude,doubting you are there with all necessary documents when you do,Speaking down to people that hardly know english. They sent me back because I did not have my birth certificate,which I do not understand due to the fact that I am U.S citizen,I came back after retrieving it and then was told that the sysytem was down but not the other part,The rude lady stated I would have to pay double,Now to get an address change and when I come back I would have to pay my name change. I understand things happen but for everyone to be so rude on top of it it makes it that much worst. I felt why should I have to pay double to get my address changed today and my name change another time when it was not my fault that the system whent down,I expressed my concerns with the Arrogant,rude,Ignorant lady Manager there and of course all I got was eye rolling and no help. Real Management would have genuinly understood your concerns and came to some type of agreement or even been more apologetic(I did not get one apology for the inconviniece) I did my part..I made my appointment,I came on time,I had my documents,I retrivied the one missing,I was very patient and noone including the Manager took that into consideration. It came to a point where I was shocked to see that someone could actually speak to you that way and it be ok with ""Management"" and the police officers standing outside...Everyone that came out of that office walked out saying the same thing (WOW HOW RUDE). There is no way there are no other reviews on this place....0? I dont think so then of course it all depends on whos in control of them. I definietly do not recommend anyone coming to this DMV,I live close but I will take the extra time and go somewhere else next time. BE AWARE!
