Review content:
We had reservations for 5 on Saturday evening - so there weren't very many other guests in the restaurant...lots of servers and dining room managers hanging around. Our drink orders and food orders were taken quickly and we got bread and salad. Then we waited and waited and waited. Other tables arrived and were served and we continued to wait for our entrees. 45 minutes later, the entrees arrived and were delicious and our server returned one time to check that everything was good. Then he was MIA for nearly another 40 minutes. Needless to say, we had to ask the dining room manager for the check before anybody came back to ask us if we wanted dessert. We loved the food, but there is no reason to spend the whole evening waiting for it - or the server. Make the food, serve it in a reasonable amount of time, and we might return some day for the food. Never had better steak...
Pros: Good Food
Cons: Servers need training. We've had consistently better service at the Outback Steakhouse.
