so far so terrible..got in a wreck (not my fault) Allstate had me send my car to this location..I have been waiting for a month and a half for completion. Finally get the call for pick up. The car was not put back into factory state what so ever. The three rims which were damaged were never fixed nor even touched. BTW a week and a half of the wait was due to Sterling agent telling me that the rims were sent out for repairs. In actuality, the rims were never taken off the car. The whole rear end was assembled a inch off center the corner panel wasn't attached and rear camera and trunk sensor were not working.\r Pretty dissapointing. To this day I still don't have my car. Going on month #2 and still no car. The bondo work was horific to say the least. Outside the shoty work the people were nice but nice doesn't really matter.\r So if you have a choice, chose you own location for repairs..Allstate owns Sterling and as you know, Allstate does not work in YOUR best interest.\r We will see in a couple more weeks if they can fix. Update to come
