I should have known from the initial email I received regarding a ""last minute cancellation"" one day prior from my planned departure that these people were anything but professional. After 48 hrs of run around with these people from insurance (which was stated to have been included) to the hitch on the vehicle that would be towing our camper, we finally departed for our trip one whole day behind scheduled. Although the reasons behind our delayed departure were due solely to this rental company's inability to communicate directions, we were charged for the entire 24 hours at no fault of our own. Once returning from our trip the problems continued. Too numerous to mention, I highly recommend you seek other rental companies. These people are way too caught up trying to trap and charge you for next to nothing just to make a buck. After this experience I'll be calling my lawyer.
Pros: None that I would tell, the only pro was we got an RV at all but at this price, I would have passed.
Cons: lack of experience, little knowledge of inventory, unfriendly, lack of communication skills, unable to relay directions properly,
