Review content:
On a positive note, it was not hard to get into contact with the person handling my account.
However, on the downside, it took four months to receive my car back. On my way home, the engine started knocking. I had to take my car back for it to get a new engine put in. It took another month to accomplish this. After driving home, the motor was fixed, car was running well, The TPMS sensor came on, which apparently they had fixed. After calling my consultant at the Acura Collision Center, he admitted that two of the sensors might have been bad. So now I get to take my car to Honda Service center to get my tire sensors fixed. It will take 3-5 hours for this service to be completed. Really? Five months and I'm still dealing with this. I do not recommend Acura Collision Center for any type of work done on your car. It seems like a never-ending process.
